FAQ

What happens if the photo booth gets ​damaged or malfunctions?

As part of your contract you will receive ​24/7 remote technical support. Our team ​can support and guide you through any ​technical hitch and log into the software ​remotely.

In the event of a hardware failure a ​member of our team will be sent to you as ​soon as possible to assess the unit and any ​replacement parts required. Any damage ​caused by misuse or excessive forced will ​be payable by the client.

What happens at the end of the 24 ​month contract period?

To continue a new contract will be initiated.

To take over management of the BoostBooth the unit can be purchased along ​with the software at 50% of the current market value.

To stop all use of the photo booth the unit will be collected by Smile Events & ​Media.

What if I only want a BoostBooth for a temporary event such as a ​festival or season?

We're more than happy to create a bespoke photo booth experience for on a ​temporary basis. Get in touch to tell us about your event and we'll provide a ​quote tailored to your needs.

The Boost Booth looks like an open design do you offer enclosed ​designs?

Yes we can create enclosed photo booths. While the open nature of our ​BoostBooths and tiny footprint work well for bars and retailers some other ​venues prefer a more traditional enclosed photo booth. Get in touch and we ​can chat through the options available.

Your installation will be designed by one of our head office team after an on-site ​meeting to discuss the best location and asthetics of the photo booth.

Once your installation is live our tech team will be available 24/7 to assist with ​any technical issues remotely and provide regular maintenance. Our designer ​will create up to 4 monthly image campaigns and your account manager will ​provide you with weekly data.
